Make a Smoothie for Summer – Part 2

1 cup Coconut water

1 cup Chopped carrots

1 cup Strawberries

1 orange

1 cup chopped mangoes

Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Coconut water is a power house of important electrolytes, carrots, strawberries, oranges and mangoes contain antioxidants and vitamins which are beneficial for the skin. This drink is teeming with the same vitamins and nutrients you can find in some of the most sought-after skin products.

1 cup coconut water

1 cup pineapple

Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Avocado helps to reduce any skin inflammation with all its healthy fats and vitamin E. Other foods, like spinach, coconut water and pineapple make the smoothie rich in electrolytes, vitamins and minerals that make the skin radiant and glowing. The trick is freezing at least one of the ingredients so the smoothie comes out cold.
