1. Drink Plenty of Water
Drinking water is the easiest way of hydrating your dehydrated self.

Not only it will hydrate your system, but it will also help you calm the giddiness and nausea.
3. Eat
Breakfast and food totally do seem like something you want to avoid but delete that thought. Eating is yet another way to cope up with a hangover. Fruits, cereals, soup, will serve as some of the best options here.
4. Rest and Sleep
Your body needs rest while it is tired. The hangover experience evaporates with time and sleeping through it is a good deal.
5. Exercise
Sometimes hangovers can cause various body aches like back aches, neck pain; etc. Catching up with some stretching exercise would be a good idea in this case.
