Energizing Smoothies
1. Energizing Green Avocado – Coconut-water Smoothie
Ingredients
½ Avocado
4 leaves of Kale with stems removed
½ Apple
1 handful loose Spinach
1 cup Coconut Water
4-5 fresh Mint Leaves
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until green and smooth. Drink right away äóñ perhaps with an earth-friendly stainless steel straw.

2. Quick Energy Giving Grape Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 tbsp raw organic Almond Butter
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup Organic Kale
½ pitted and peeled Avocado
½ cup Grapefruit Juice
½ cup Greek Yogurt
Water to get desired consistency
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to your large nutribullet cup, saving water for last.
- Once you have filled the cup with water to the fill line, puree ingredients to desired consistency
