We urgently needed a caregiver during the lockdown and Care24 seemed to be a godsend. We were assigned a caregiver within a day. The caregiver, Indrajeet Vishwakarma, he went above and beyond to help take care of my ailing grandfather. We have been assigned with a very good caregiver Mr. Vinayak Banane for my elderly father. Care24 has good systems and processes and the caregivers are polite and trained. Our relationship manager Ms Geeta Desai has been excellent with her follow up and customer service. Always very prompt and helpful. Overall a great service.
