Try this super delicious and healthy protein milkshake as a breakfast option each morning, especially if you start a workout routine. Mix a banana, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 150 gm yogurt, 100 ml milk, 1 tbsp. chia seeds and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Drink to the taste and health!

Place a tennis ball on the floor and put your foot on it, with the ball under the middle part of the sole. Move your foot backward and forward to give it a kind of massage to ease pain. If you have a throbbing type of pain, you can substitute the tennis ball for a bottle of frozen water.

Alternatively, you can also smell an orange peel to feel an instant lift to your mood.

A great way to ease your way to sleep is to use products that contain some form of lavender essence. For instance, you could add a drop of lavender essential oil to a handkerchief and place it on your pillow when you are ready to sleep. You can also use a massage cream that contains lavender essential oil, as it will make you feel calm and ready for bed.
